Abstract:
The 14 TeV LHC proton proton collider will allow to investigate the physics of parton-parton center of mass energies energies up to a few TeV. This corresponds to a sensitivity increase for some selected known or possible new final states of up to a factor of 10.

The possibility to perform new types of measurements, which test Standard Model predictions as well as searches for new physics phenomena are analysed with respect to potential limitations from experimental and theoretical systematic uncertainties.
