Abstract:
In the first part of the presentation a short review of experiments performed
recently with help of the Gravity UCN spectrometer at ILL will be reported.
These include a test of the UCN dispersion law, an investigation of neutron
resonant scattering by roughness, and neutron diffraction by a moving grating.
Some planned experiments will be shortly discussed, too.
In the second part of the talk, the
possibility of neutron phase contrast imaging and neutron microscopy with
the UCN will be discussed. The results of the test experiment with cold
neutrons, obtained recently, will be presented.
