Abstract:
The urgency of climate change pushes us to develop innovative
technologies to produce energy without carbon emission. I will present
the status of a project to transmute safely long-lived nuclear waste,
solving the main issue associated with present nuclear energy.
Transmutex SA has partnered with prestigious and advanced research
institutions in the world to speed up the development of the process,
including the Paul Scherrer Institute.
