Abstract:
With the astonishing performance of the LHC, we have an unprecedented
number of pp collisions delivered and recorded by the LHC experiments.
These data allowed to test the Standard model predictions to very high
accuracy, not leaving much space for the new phenomena to manifest
themselves. And since no quick and easy discovery of beyond the Standard
model particles have happened so far, the searches become more complex,
exploiting new ideas and non-conventional use of the detector
subsystems. In this talk, I will give an overview of a current status of
exotic new physics searches at the LHC, concentrating on new
developments which become possible with large volumes of analysed data.
