Abstract: I will discuss how low energy neutrino data, from neutrino mixing and absolute neutrino mass scale experiments, could provide in the next years hints on the solution of one of the big mysteries of our Universe, why it is matter dominated. The mechanism responsible for the generation of a matter-antimatter asymmetry might be related to properties of neutrinos and in particular to the mechanism that generated the tiny neutrino masses tested in neutrino mixing experiments, so called Leptogenesis. After an initial review of general scenarios of properties I will focus on a particular solution that, in light of the most recent experimental results, would be able not only to explain the generation of the asymmetry but also its sign, namely why matter was favoured over anti-matter, relating it to CP violation in neutrino mixing.
